Designing a mobile app for a local skateshop involves a blend of urban aesthetics and user-friendly functionality, tailored to the unique culture of the skateboarding community. Using Figma, a modern and collaborative design tool, we crafted an experience that resonates with skaters while making shopping and community engagement seamless.

User Profile
The user profile section is where skaters can manage their account, view order history, and save their favorite products. The design here is clean and minimal, allowing users to easily update their information or revisit previous purchases. I have in plans to integrate a loyalty program, rewarding users with points for every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts or exclusive items.

Final Touches
Throughout the app, the design remains consistent with the skateshop’s brand identity, from typography that mimics graffiti styles to the use of textures that resemble concrete and asphalt. The app is fully responsive, ensuring that it looks and functions well on all screen sizes, from the latest iPhone to older Android models.
In Figma, the entire design process was collaborative, allowing the skateshop’s team to provide real-time feedback and make adjustments on the fly. The result is a mobile app that not only serves as a powerful sales tool but also as a hub for the local skateboarding community.
